Join host Rudy Caseres for an interactive discussion on boosting our mental energy. Each week (Fridays 12pm PT/3pm ET) we’ll break down and compare notes on various topics relating to productivity skills, stress management, memory sharpening, single-tasking, overcoming procrastination, and much, much more. This week we'll be chatting with guest Chris Mancini, creator of the anti-anxiety podcast The Quiet Journeys of Professor Atwood, to discuss relaxation techniques. Viewer input is highly encouraged. Links to relevant articles, videos, and research will be posted in the Facebook Live comments.
